There are too many hard and fast rules as to how to be invited in to the OMC to be told here, and the exact selection method we use is kept a well guarded secret, (like the Col's Chicken), but some general guidlines have been issued.
 Min Requirments - Age >21
- Good Attitude
- Must Be Team Player
- Must Have Teamspeak & Microphone
So you want to be OMC...
- You have to be Age of Majority for your country
- You have to be more or less mature
- You have to like to have fun
- You have to play well with others
- You have to play a game we play
Some squads have more requirements like most have the use of team speak being manditory, but not all games have this rule. The DC squad has volumes on membership and related topics in the forums. The main way to be invited in to the OMC is to play with us often, and chat.
The OMC is an extended family, and the support of all active members is required for any persepective member to have a chance at entry, so have fun and talk to some OMC, and play the game you would like to be part of.
